Delivery Information

  • We offer free delivery for purchases over R1,000 around Gauteng. An additional delivery fee will be charged for all other orders. Orders will be delivered within seven working days. Should we foresee a delay in dispatching your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. Please provide a delivery address where you can be reached during office hours.

  • We cannot be held liable for lost items due to entering an incorrect delivery address. Take care in insuring that your details are entered correctly.
 
 

Returns Policy

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it to us and we will either replace it or credit your account subject to the terms below:
 
 

Cancellation of Order for Non-faulty products

  • Non-faulty products must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase

  • Products must be in their original packaging and unused

  • Personalised and customer branded products are non-refundable

  • Delivery and cash-handling fees are non-refundable

 

Cancellation of Order for Faulty products

  • We do our best to make sure that products delivered to you are of a high quality and without defects. Should you, however, receive a faulty product you may return it to us.

  • We will cover delivery fees for faulty products.

 

Faulty products due to the following do not qualify for a refund/return under this section:

  • damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product.

  • damage arising from unauthorised alterations to the product and/or

  • faults resulting from normal wear and tear
